Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Initiate a refund request through your account or contact customer service.
    • Once approved, ship the item back to our designated return address.
    • We'll inspect the item upon receipt to ensure it meets return conditions.
  3. Refund Methods:
    • Original payment method will be refunded for card/UPI transactions.
    • Store credit option available for faster processing.
    • Bank transfers used for COD orders.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
    • Additional 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
    • Sale items may be subject to different refund terms, as specified during purchase.
  6. Defective Items:
    • Full refund or replacement offered for items received damaged or defective.
    • We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
  7. Cancellations:
    • Orders can be cancelled for full refund if not yet shipped.
    • Cancellation fees may apply for orders in advanced stages of processing.
