Refund Policy

- Original payment method will be refunded for card/UPI transactions.
- Store credit option available for faster processing.
- Bank transfers used for COD orders.
- Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Additional 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
- Sale items may be subject to different refund terms, as specified during purchase.
- Defective Items:
- Full refund or replacement offered for items received damaged or defective.
- We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
- Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled for full refund if not yet shipped.
