Shipping Policy:

    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Next Day Delivery: Available for select pin codes
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Calculated at checkout based on location and chosen method.
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000 (standard shipping only).
  4. Delivery Areas:
    • We ship to most locations within India.
    • Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or additional charges.
  5. Order Tracking:
    • Tracking information provided via email once the order is dispatched.
    • Real-time tracking available through your account on our website.
  6. International Shipping:
    • Currently not available. We only ship within India.

Return Policy:

  1. Return Period:
    • 30 days from the date of delivery for most items.
    • 7 days for electronics and appliances.
  2. Condition of Returns:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Products should be in resalable condition.
  3. Return Process:
    • Initiate returns through your account or contact customer service.
    • Print the provided return label and securely pack the item.
    • Drop off the package at the nearest courier partner location or schedule a pickup.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Intimate wear and swimwear
    • Perishable goods
  5. Return Shipping:
    • Free returns for size exchanges or defective products.
    • Customer bears the cost for other returns unless otherwise stated.
  6. Refunds:
    • Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Original payment method will be refunded.
    • Store credit option available for faster processing.
  7. Exchanges:
    • Available for size/color changes, subject to stock availability.
    • Process similar to returns, but specify the desired replacement during initiation.
  8. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost.
